Etched Ginger & Garlic Grater J9

Efficiently turn whole ginger root or garlic cloves into a flavorful paste for cooking. This hand-held grater has an etched stainless steel surface with sharp, high teeth to make short work of fibrous ingredients like turmeric and horseradish. The soft handle provides a comfortable grip, and the non-slip foot helps stabilize the grater as you work. The convenient, snap-on cover doubles as a scraper to get every bit of paste off the grater and into your recipe — without getting the scent on your hands. Top-rack dishwasher safe.
